Are you ready for the challenge? This 6 Week program is designed to test your limits. This Cross-Training program uses skill-based, high energy, functional movements to help you get seriously FIT. Each day is a different WOD that will test your endurance, strength, stamina, power and mental grit. Each WOD is under an hour and will consist of variations of HIIT programming (EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, etc.). This program is truly designed for those who feel confident in their exercise form, have had some HIIT experience and are looking to improve their fitness and performance. Once you start to see yourself excel in these devilishly challenging workouts, you’ll never go back ;)

My Methodology

When I first became a trainer I wanted to help people live stronger, healthier and happier lives. I figured that when you become healthier, your body feels better, which makes you feel better and, therefore, happier! But what makes someone “healthier”? I like to break our health and fitness down into 8 categories: Strength (of your muscles, heart, lungs, mind etc.), Nutrition (a well-balanced diet), Education (of form & of your body), Recovery (sleep, water, time off etc.), Support (Community and encouragement), Consistency (knowing change takes time) & Stress Management (understanding that stress is inevitable and how to deal with it in productive ways).

It’s my belief that we work and refine this process for our entire lives, which sounds hard, but let me tell you… when it comes to living your strongest, healthiest and happiest life, it’s Werth it ;)

WHO I AM

When I graduated college I wanted to be a lawyer and help people, by making the law and government a safer and more equitable system for everyone. Before going to law school, I worked as a clerk at a law firm to gain some real world experience. I quickly realized, that that world was not for me.


Distraught, I didn’t know where my life was headed, and on a whim, I went to a casting call for a modeling agency in St. Louis (where I was living at the time). To my luck (and surprise) they signed me to a year long contract! Realizing that I didn’t have to stick to the corporate world, I quit the law firm and got a job at my local gym, since I knew I was always interested in fitness. Once I realized I could use my passion for helping others in the realm of fitness and change people’s individual health, I studied and passed my CPT exam to become a personal trainer :)

I then trained and modeled in St. Louis for a year before moving to Hong Kong for a new modeling contract and adventure! After a few months, my contract was up and I moved to my next modeling contract in Chicago, where I currently live. Today I am still a model, actor and improviser in the city, and I still get to live out my passion for helping people by training clients in-person and online.

The content you’ll find on my page are good, honest workouts that will leave you feeling accomplished and proud. I can be real, funny, silly and fair. You’ll get a mix of bodybuilding, powerlifting and strength & conditioning styles in my workouts.
