Video-based form correction
There’s nothing more important than safety. If you ever feel unsure about whether or not you’re executing an exercise correctly, you can take a quick video of yourself performing the exercise and submit it to me personally, via our community forum. After I review the video, I’ll submit private feedback and corrections, to ensure that you move with confidence, efficiency and most importantly, safety.
